Fortunately for all of us who love to eat seafood a new study released by Harvard University's Center for Risk Analysis has confirmed the health benefits of fish – and encourages increased consumption of fish and seafood. The risk/benefit analysis found that increasing fish consumption will lead to better public health. The study, which analyzed the potential impact of consumer reactions to federal fish advisories that warn about the effects of mercury exposure from fish, showed that as consumption decreased, negative health effects increased, and vice versa. more
