WELCOME to our Premier Issue

Everybody at Simply Seafood® has one thing in common: We love seafood. But we also know it can be more than a little frustrating trying to duplicate some of those wonderful meals you get in good seafood restaurants. Where do you get seafood of that quality? How long should you cook it? And exactly what was in that sauce?

That’s why we started Simply Seafood® magazine in 1990. We already had publications for the commercial fishing and seafood industries, but we knew consumers had nowhere to turn to learn how to enjoy seafood. We figured with our knowledge we could make seafood easy. And for eight years we did, netting a few magazine awards along the way.

Although we no longer publish magazines, we’re still committed to helping people Make Great Seafood Easy. That’s why we’ve developed the Simply Seafood® brand of high-quality, frozen, all-natural seafood products that are a great value. Our first product is a Wild Pacific Keta Salmon, available either in boneless portions or pre-portioned whole fillets. Coming this fall, we’ll be introducing new items including Sole, Crabmeat, Cod, Tilapia, Scallops, Catfish, Ahi Tuna, Halibut and Shrimp.

Our commitment is always to deliver the best quality at the best price. Since we’ve been pounding the docks and processing plants around the world for more than 20 years, we know where the best values are.

We also remain committed to continue to motivate and teach consumers how to prepare and enjoy great seafood at home. That’s why our website, www.simplyseafood.com, will be a comprehensive resource for seafood recipes and tips on how to cook seafood. In addition, we’ll publish seasonal newsletters to keep you up to date on the latest seafood culinary trends.
