Sesame Noodles

Look in the Asian food section of your supermarket for thin egg- or shrimp-flavored noodles or use any other thin pasta.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add the noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until the noodles are cool. Drain well.

Meanwhile, scatter the sesame seeds in a small frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until golden, 4 to 6 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir to mix. Add the noodles and sesame seeds, tossing to mix well. Pack in a tightly sealed container and chill until ready to serve.
