Teriyaki is a traditional favorite for barbecuing. This less-sweet variation gives fish wonderful flavor and promotes a nice caramelized color.
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat, then remove the pan from the heat. Chill the marinade well before using.
