Variations here are endless! Other quick-and-easy toppings include artichoke hearts, jarred roasted bell peppers, sliced olives and sun-dried tomatoes. If you're using raw seafood be sure it's in small enough pieces to cook quickly; you may need to add an extra minute or two nonetheless.
Preheat the over to 425° F.
Set the pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread the pesto evenly over the top. Scatter the mushrooms evenly over, followed by the green onions and shrimp. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over all. Bake the pizza until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Cut into pieces for serving.
